At Organisational Risk Consulting, we partner with senior leaders to strengthen governance, enhance safety performance, and ensure compliance in complex and high-risk environments.
Our case studies highlight not only the tangible outcomes achieved but also the trusted partnerships and collaborative approaches that underpin our work.
Each engagement demonstrates how we help organisations:
Across industries, including healthcare, local government, FMCG, and government services, we have supported leaders in achieving both immediate improvements and long-term organisational capability.
Explore our case studies below to see how our solutions have delivered measurable impact for organisations navigating risk, compliance, and safety challenges.
Healthcare Australia (HCA) delivers primary healthcare services within seven government-managed immigration detention facilities across Australia. ORC developed a suite of high-level WHS documents and site-specific plans for these operations, enabling compliance with legislation and ISO standards while supporting safe, consistent service delivery in a complex environment.
Logan City Council, one of Queensland’s largest local governments, sought to strengthen its approach to psychosocial risk management in line with new legislation and the ISO 45003 standard. In collaboration with LCC, ORC developed a high-level draft Psychosocial Risk Management Plan for executive consideration, supporting council-wide governance and alignment in the management of these significant risks. The plan provided clarity on leadership responsibilities, consultation pathways, and organisational direction.
Battery Services Australia, a national subcontractor supporting FMCG supply chains, engaged ORC to conduct a WHS Gap Analysis. The review identified compliance and contractual risks, and ORC provided targeted improvements to strengthen systems, ensure regulatory alignment, and support consistent operations across multiple sites.
Moco Food Services (MOCO), a Queensland-based FMCG organisation, initially engaged ORC to conduct a WHS review of its operations. Following this, ORC developed high-level safety management system documents aligned with ISO 45001 and provided WHS support to strengthen compliance and safety practice. In 2025, ORC was re-engaged to conduct a WHS Gap Analysis at MOCO’s new, larger site, reflecting a continuing partnership and the organisation’s commitment to ongoing improvement.
A Queensland Government Department (name withheld) engaged ORC to conduct an independent investigation following a serious heavy vehicle incident. ORC delivered a factual, evidence-based report with practical recommendations, supporting compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility legislation and strengthening the Department’s safety management system.
Valley Tree Services, a NSW-based arborist and vegetation management provider, required enhanced systems to support its submission for a State Government tender. ORC prepared WHS, Quality, and Environmental documentation demonstrating compliance with legislative and ISO standard requirements, strengthening the organisation’s capability and contributing to the successful award of the contract.
