Senior leaders face increasing pressure to demonstrate WHS due diligence while maintaining operational efficiency.
At Organisational Risk Consulting, we turn complexity into clarity. Our advice prioritises WHS risk management and legal compliance, supported by international best practices, ensuring solutions that are practical, defensible, and sustainable.
We support executives in demonstrating WHS due diligence with clarity, confidence, and defensibility, while equipping senior managers to strengthen compliance and risk management outcomes.
We work with senior leaders across Australia and New Zealand to strengthen WHS compliance, translate obligations into practical strategies, and provide independent assurance through audits and investigations.
Our mission is to support organisations in creating safer, healthier, and more productive workplaces by embedding effective WHS risk management, compliance, and best-practice standards into everyday operations.
We achieve this by working in line with values that guide every engagement:
Organisational Risk Consulting is led by Andrea Paynter, Director and Principal Consultant, who brings more than 20 years of combined legal, investigative, and WHS leadership experience.
Her career spans law enforcement, legal practice, and national WHS management roles across public and private sectors. This breadth allows Andrea to combine legal insight with operational understanding, delivering outcomes that are credible to regulators and practical for organisations.
Andrea is a Certified OHS Professional with the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS), a Licensed Factual Investigator (Qld), a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Private Investigator – Security Provider Licence (Queensland).
